Now Hiring - Account Manager - Freight Brokerage in Richardson, TX

• Negotiate with clients and 3rd party carriers to determine services available
• Work directly with customers on the receipt and processing of transportation requirement requests
• Proactively handle customer requests
• Utilize various transportation software systems to facilitate shipment movements, planning, and scheduling
• Track and trace shipments from pickup through delivery to ensure accurate and up-to-date shipment information is being provided to customers
• Ensures customer expectations are met or exceeded by completing accurate and timely scheduling/dispatching of carriers
• Acts as a next level reviewer for troubleshooting errors and/or issues
• Ensure customer development/growth by utilizing data, leads, and cold calling.
• Onboard customers while following the company’s policies, guidelines and approved templates to ensure customers have successful onboarding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they have completed all requirements and approvals received from various internal departments.
• Maintain a positive employee related climate and maintain a customer satisfaction while having availability 24/7/365 for responsibilities
• Other duties and project work as assigned by manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
